Why is it important to keep the air in your home clean?
Air is considered a fluid, just like water. How would you like a nice, tall, cool glass of cloudy water to drink?
Breathing polluted air robs your body of valuable resources, making you feel “draggy” and lackluster. Breathing fresh air allows these resources to equip you with the energy to do more of what you’d like… It makes you FEEL GOOD.
Why should you take an interest in the quality of the air that you breathe? As the saying goes, “Garbage in, Garbage out.” There’s a reason that people in smog-smothered cities suffer more health problems. Even in regions like southern Idaho, where the air is generally cleaner, the air inside your home can be more polluted than the outside air of a heavily industrialized metropolitan area.
Many people pay little or no attention to their indoor air quality, unless a family member suffers from asthma, allergies, or similar maladies. For most of us, the air is invisible, so it must be clean, of course.

You likely grin at reading this, because you’ve observed for yourself the little dust particles floating lazily through the rays of sunshine pouring in through your windows.
What comprises those dust particles? Laundry fluff, pet dander, human skin and hair… And don’t forget the little guys that munch on all of that, dust mites, along with their waste material.
Many home comfort systems come equipped with standard filters designed to keep larger particles of dust from flowing back into your living environment, but they do little or nothing to improve the quality of the air you breathe.
